Privacy

This policy explains what Deuce collects when you join the Season 0 waitlist, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only.

What we collect

Only what you type into the interest form: your name, email address, phone number, city, the sports you picked, when you're available, whether you'd captain a team, and anything you write in the free-text fields. We also store the date and time you gave consent and the version of the wording you agreed to.

We do not collect payment details, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they measure page visits in aggregate and do not identify you.

Why we collect it

To decide which city and which sports open first, to build balanced teams and divisions, and to contact you when Season 0 is ready near you. That contact may come by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp — that is what the consent checkbox on the form covers.

Who else sees it

Your submission is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. The form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the site is served by our hosting provider; both see standard technical request data such as your IP address. We do not sell your details, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until Season 0 launches in your city and you either join or tell us you're not interested, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If Deuce does not launch in your city within 24 months, we delete your record.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you, at any time and at no cost. Email hello@playwithdeuce.com and we'll action it. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Security

Submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. Access is limited to the people running Deuce. No system is perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we hold only what the form asks for, which keeps the exposure small.
