Terms

These terms cover this website and the Season 0 waitlist. They don't cover playing in a league — separate terms will apply when registrations open, and you'll see them before you pay anything.

What joining the waitlist means

It registers your interest and nothing more. It is free, it is not a booking, it does not reserve you a place in a team or a season, and it does not oblige you to join or pay. It equally does not oblige Deuce to run a league in your city.

What we've told you

Season 0 is planned as a weekly mixed league of 6–8 weeks followed by playoffs, in Gurugram, across pickleball and padel. Formats, divisions, venues, schedules, pricing and timing are all subject to change — no date or price is fixed yet, and where the season opens depends on where the demand is.

Accurate details

Please submit your own details, honestly. Submit for someone else only with their permission.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload or scrape this site, submit automated or bulk entries, or use it to send anyone unlawful or abusive content. We may remove entries and block access where that happens.

Our content

The Deuce name, wordmark, copy and design on this site belong to Deuce. Photography is licensed stock or generated imagery, used illustratively — the people, teams, venues and any fixtures shown are not real Deuce players or matches.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the extent the law allows we're not liable for loss arising from use of it. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. They're governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Delhi, India having jurisdiction. Questions go to hello@playwithdeuce.com.
